The checkout shows the type and amount before PayPal approval. Do not complete payment if the amount or selected action is incorrect.
Review requests
Contact support promptly with your PayPal order ID. We review duplicate charges, technical errors, and legally required refunds case by case.
Rank changes
A rank can change after a later verified claim. This normal leaderboard movement is not by itself grounds for a refund.
